72 an hour Will provide HCS Residential Services to individuals with Intellectually Developmentally Disabled individuals in a residential 3 bed or 4 bed home.
Services will be provided within the community and in the person's home.
Responsibilities include providing training, supervision, and/or support in the areas of self-help, independent living, community participation and involvement, social and peer development, financial management, and health maintenance in accordance with HCS standards.
Staff may share responsibilities with other staff or may work independently of other staff to provide daily supervision, care, and training of individuals in their care.
Required to work flexible hours and may be required to work rotating shifts.
Will be supervised by the Residential Support Manager.
Starting Pay:
$15.
72 Job Qualifications Position requires either a High School Diploma, GED, or 3 letters of reference and the completion of a WTC competency test.
Must be proficient in reading and writing.
Letters of reference must be from individuals who have no family relation to the applicant.
Valid Driver's license and background check.
